CONCRETE CUTTING
Our skilled operators are qualified to carry out all types of concrete cutting services. From road sawing to hand sawing. We can perform many different types of cuts, including concrete wall, brick wall, concrete floor.
SLAB SAWING
Scancon’s fleet of Slab saws are equipped to mobilize on any environment to safely and efficiently meet our Clients Slab Sawing requirements. Whether a shallow cut, as required for control joints and electrical trenching, to deeper cuts, as needed for scope such as mechanical trenching and asphalt applications.
WALL SAWING
Scancon Limited uses the latest track mounted Remote Control Technology to enable precision cutting at different angles and depths of Brick, Precast and or concrete walls. Typical applications include but are not limited to Door openings, Window Openings, Wall Removal, Trimming of walls, and HVAC Applications.
HAND SAWING
Scancon Limited has an array of handheld cutting tools, gas and electric, to help with our Clients demolition needs. Primary uses are for concrete work environments where lack of space is an issue, including tight areas, and areas where using larger equipment is not feasible.
CONCRETE REMOVAL
Concrete removal is an integral part of Scancon’s Array of services. Upon request, our Clients trust Scancon Limited to safely and efficiently remove work related concrete offsite.
EXCAVATION AND BACKFILLING
Scancon’s one stop shop range of services includes excavation and backfilling of trenches. Whether your work requires shallow excavation to lay pipe or electrical conduit, or deeper options such as exposing pipe tie-in locations or to backfill using either existing materials, or supply and install of new material, Scancon’s experienced operators are trained to do the job to spec every time.
CONCRETE REPLACEMENT AND INFILLING
The final step of in the majority of our “all in” projects include reinstatement of concrete. When trusted with pouring Concrete for trenching, our technicians are tasked with replacing concrete and “Making Good” , including but not limited to, supply and install of dowels and concrete based on customers requirements.
